The growing use of prescription drugs by physicians in the country led to a critical shortage of pharmacists- a labor pool that has remained stagnant while the demand for prescription drugs soared. Faced with a new challenge, the chain pharmacy industry is trying to formulate a solution to this problem by promoting public awareness about the critical role of the pharmacists in the healthcare of the patient.

WE CONCEIVE.... the idea that in order to provide a solution to this ubiquitous shortage of pharmacists, granting working visas for pharmacists that are trained and educated from countries like India and South Africa would help drug retailers fill the thousands of vacancies. It would help them be abreast with the increasing demand of the pharmacy industry. With the surge in the amount of new drugs being sold in the U.S. market, it would ba a more practical solution to employ labor from abroad than to close drugstores.

WE  ACHIEVE..... this plan by offering guidance to those foreign trained pharmacists to enable them obtain work permit that would make it feasible for them to be employed for a period of six years. We try to promote the idea of recruiting foreign pharmacists and make the process less cumbersome since most employers find difficulty in employing foreign pharmacists due to the rigorous and time-consuming process of getting a work permit.
